In reply to Wanda. Yes. I recommend a thick flour dusting if you plan to freeze so that they will not gum together when you thaw them.

Potstickers are one of my favorites, but I can’t say I’ve ever made wrappers from scratch. That takes some serious effort–so go you! :) These do sound really amazing. OM NOM etc.
