This looks like the sandwich of the Gods. o_o (I want it!)

Last Thanksgiving, I made a panini with leftover turkey, colby cheese, cranberry sauce, and sage. It was SO. Good. At the same time, though, I realized how easy it is to overdo sage. One more leaf and the sandwich would have been off.

I’m wondering if it would’ve been better with smoked gouda.
