You’re so right about the food community there. Even though there’s a ton of food-related stuff happening in Boston, it doesn’t have the same community feel as Durham does. I spent my last spring break doing an alternative farming program down there and got to meet a bunch of farmers and chefs in the process, and it was so cool to meet so many people that were so dedicated! Glad to have found your blog and a little connection back to the South :-)
