I think Aunt Mary makes the sand plum, but my grandma makes the chokecherry jelly, which is limited pretty much to SW Colorado. It’s delicious, though I like the chokecherry syrup even better.

I am aware that honeys can taste wildly different depending on the flowers. I’m curious to keep experimenting on this, let me know if you find any honeys that work well for you.
